InsuranceKo (formerly MicroEnsure Philippines) is honored to receive the Pioneer in Digital Insurance Excellence award at the first-ever GCash GInsure Partners Night! 

Our journey with GCash began in 2019, driven by a shared mission – to make insurance more accessible and affordable for Filipinos. This partnership led to the launch of GCash Insure, with enrolment initially through telemarketing and later through SMS, making life, accident, and hospital income coverage just a text away – seamless and hassle-free with digital payments. 

This initiative paved the way for even more innovative ways to buy insurance through GCash, expanding access and financial protection to more Filipinos.

Strengthening SafeSKwela Through SPTA Partnerships 

InsuranceKo recently met with several School Parent-Teacher Associations (SPTA) representatives of our partner schools to thank them for their continued support of SafeSKwela, our insurance program that helps shield families from the financial impact of accidents, hospitalization, or loss involving their children. 

The dialogue focused on ways to improve the program’s reach and effectiveness. SPTA presidents also reaffirmed their role in advocating for student safety and family well-being in their communities. 

We are excited to work with more SPTAs in the coming months to make peace of mind and protection part of every student’s school journey.
